CoBella’s Hair Salon at 315 Walnut Street in Newtonville, Ma has won Boston City Paper’s Best-of-the City Salon Award. Client Carl Senger, computer scientist, explains his vote. "I don’t remember anybody complimenting my ‘good head of hair’ until Robert gave me my first CoBella haircut.

"CoBella’s is fresh and clean and there’s always something in the waiting area to nibble on. And that brings up another point which is salons often make us men feel like tag-a-longs, but not CoBella’s. They always have a good selection of male magazines and an equally good selection of hair and skin products especially formulated for us guys.

I figure that I spend an extra ten or fifteen dollars every six weeks at CoBella’s than I did at local barber shops, but what else can make a man feel so good for so little?"
